My name is Sarah Simone.  I am a mother of two girls in 7th and 5th grade.  We are starting our third year at Burley and have been very happy with the school and community.

I got involved with Friends of Burley because I really wanted to help with the fundraising, making sure our children have important opportunities and resources.  I think the other people involved with FOB are very passionate about the school.  I thought I could help with my time and event planning experience.

Last year I was involved in the Winter Party.  I helped with the online auction.  I have also helped with Grandparents Day in the past.   I enjoy getting involved with any of the events when and where I can.  It was great getting to know the other FOB members, and I look forward to this year.
