We are excited to announce the Chicago Bulls organization has agreed to host a basketball skills clinic for the Kindergarten-3rd and the 4th-8th grade classroom with the highest percentage of families participating by making a gift to the Annual Fund by midnight, October 7th.
The clinic will be put on by the Bulls basketball programming and community relations teams. If you already donated to the Annual Fund, THANK YOU - your gift is already reflected in the class participation numbers for your child(ren). Haven't donated yet? No prob! The 2022-23 Annual Fund's goal breaks down to a $750 per-child ask. Please consider a one-time or monthly gift of any amount here. Burley is a school where teaching and learning are energizing, collaborative, interactive and joyful. Burley is Chicago’s first Literature, Writing and Technology Magnet Cluster School. Burley’s award winning and unique curriculum is specifically designed to educate the whole child. Through programming including art, technology, STEAM and Merit Music, Burley provides our children with an exceptional CPS education.
This breadth and level of programming would not be possible without the additional funds raised each year by Friends of Burley and the Annual Fund. If you have made a donation to the Annual Fund, THANK YOU!! Your dollars make a real impact for every student every day. Your donation could make an even bigger impact if your employer has a matching gift program. If you have yet to make your donation, it will take ALL OF US to reach the year-end goal and ensure we can continue to provide the quality Burley education we have come to expect for our children.
