Grandparents & Grandfriends Breakfast:  7:45 - 8:30am

Coupled with Burley's fantastic Explore More day, we invite Grandparents and "Grandfriends" to join us for a special breakfast to learn about Burley and our Explore More program, a presentation and celebration of student inquiry.

Inquiry-based learning goes beyond simply creating classroom projects -- through inquiry, students explore authentic, meaningful questions and produce original work to communicate with an outside audience. That outside audience is YOU!

At Explore More, Burley literally becomes a museum for a day, with varied exhibits and performances throughout the building.  There is so much to see and discover, and we hope you will be able to join us!

Please use this as a guide for planning your visit at the Grandparents/Grandfriends Day breakfast and then proceeding to the Explore More exhibits:

• Grandparents & Grandfriends Breakfast:  7:45 - 8:30am
• Pre-K - 2nd Grade Exhibits:  8:30 - 9:15am
• 3rd Grade - 5th Grade Exhibits:  8:45 - 9:45am
• 6th Grade - 8th Grade Exhibits: 8:45 - 10:15am
